Open space abounds
Nestled under the Moab rim, this 4 Bedroom, 3 bathroom home sits on an acre of land in Spanish Valley just minutes from downtown Moab. What makes MDH so private is the abundance of open space surrounding the home. The property is surrounded by a 360 degree view of the La sal Mountains and the Moab rim. The back yard borders dozens of acres of undeveloped, open land with epic views of the LaSal mountains and the red rock of the Moab rim. On either side of the house, the lots are open and undeveloped as well. The large back yard boasts a deck with covered eating area, outdoor bar, hot tub, firepit, large lawn area and horseshoe pits! There is plenty of space to park both in the back yard and in and around the front driveway. On the south side of the driveway is an open area in front of our storage shed with plenty of room to park trucks, trailers and RV's. The 2 car garage is a convenient spot to organize your gear and park your vehicles out of the sun and rain.
We support OHV
There are many choices for accommodations in Moab. What sets us apart from most of the options is the parking space around our house and the rural nature of our neighborhood. During many of the OHV events like Easter Jeep Safari, we notice how many trailers need to be parked away from the hotels, condos and houses used by the participants. Separating you from your vehicles and trailers. Not at Moab Desert Home. Our location also makes it easy to access some of the trails at the South end of the Moab valley like Steel Bender, Behind The Rocks, Flat Iron Mesa and Kane Creek Canyon. Vehicles and trailers can also be parked in our fenced back yard for extra security.
